Need ID - Working Designs Promo item

I've been clearing out some storage and came across an item and I can't remember the game that it was associated with. I do know that it is a prototype version of a promo item that may or may not have ever made it into mass production.

It bears a date of 2000.

Any WD fans out there know:
1) If this little beauty ever made it into production?
2) What WD game it was assocated with?

It's a black enamel and gold metal pendant (as pictured).

Being that this version didn't ship with a game of any sort I was racking my brain trying to remember where it tied in.

The back is stamped with "Property of Working Designs."
