I want to know what kind of connector is the cps2 kick harness, not the one of the cable, but the one on the pcb and if can be possible to buy it somewhere. Thanks I found something is not exactly the capcom one but is called a 34 position pin header 2.54mm.
You can hack a floppy drive ribbon cable to fit but it's a pain. Just buy a harness such as this one. http://www.jammaboards.com/store/capcom-cps-ii-cps-iii-naomi-auxiliary-kick-harness-capcom-h2.html It's out of stock now but should be in stock in the future. I used a floppy cable as a temporary solution. It worked but it was flimsy and problematic. I don't know where or what the actual connectors are called. There are probably other things you could improvise.
I heard about the IDE and floppy connectors but for a permanent solution is the problem. Those harness have go up in price I remember they where 12 bucks like 7 months ago. I didn't know they where so high demand.
I doubt it's high demand. It's likely the opposite issue. Very few of them are needed and the connector is probably custom and not standard at all.
