Hello, does anyone have Loser's patcher? I can't find it anywhere. For your help I can host it for all fellows on a fast webserver. You can test the speed of the server at z80.cn by downloading some files from http://test.z80.cn/ My mail adress is mikrolodamngika@gyeahmail.com (only fat parts of the adress are real to fool spambots, so remove "damn" and "yeah")
loser hosts it on his own site... i wouldn't worry about mirroring it. http://www.internalreality.com/DiscPatcher3.zip
No. "This domain is currently expired." His site is down - I searched whole week for it - no chance. I also notice many PS1 dev sites are disappearing. Therefore, I'd like to mirror some stuff to spread and preserve it. I got on a CD that I must search in my home: Lots of Caetla dev stuff, Modchip source + HEX, ...
it's a nice tool, I can finally test homebrewn games on my debug. One question though, sometimes I get the error "error searching for exe filenamen in system.cnf" I've read something that you can fix that error by editing the system.cnf...can someone help? it would really be appreciated
It's sort of fall off the log easy... Make an iso of the disc, open the iso and look for the file. Enter file name into program. Select master /region / whatever Hit button. Burn patched iso. It can take several minutes to work.
i get about a 50/50 error or not... that's why i use rebuild and burn the disc these days with the sony tools. it's a nice tool in theory, but something throws it off a lot.
If the executable name is different than the usual "ABCD_123.45", you'll get the "Error searching for exe filename in system.cnf". Or the .iso is bad.
