(Need) Panasonic Q paper manual measurements

(I'm French and I use a translator...)

I cannot find a real notice for sale for the moment so I ask for help

I've got a complete Panasonic Q, but without manual and flyer... I would like to make a professional copy of the Panasonic Q manual (from this PDF : http://www.videogameconsolelibrary.com/images/Manuals/01_Panasonic_Q-Manual.pdf) and I would like to know the exact measurements in cm of the height and width of this manual, and the type of paper used for the official notice (glossy or matte paper).

Also, if someone could scan me the flyer (front / back) that we see in this pic at the right (with its real size), it would be great!

But you won't have a complete genuine fake package unless you also reproduce the plastic bag with the pockets for the controller and cables and the color insert touting headphones and whatnot
