Need some help before i go crazy looking lol

Not sure where this goes so if in wrong spot im sorry.

Me and my wife was talking about a run she did in town for me and told me she seen a silver Sonic game the cart looks just like a sega genesis game. So she says she swears it was a silver or gray sonic 1 on genesis. Now has anyone seen this or do you think its a fake. Im going to go look at it tomorrow if he is open

 

well should i pick it up for the hell of it or pass

 

She said it could of been a 64 game also meaning to me it could of been any cart but even with that I cant think of a sonic game on a gray cart.

 

Unless is was a Saturn backup RAM cart with a Sonic sticker.

 

Im just going to get it i think he charges less then 5
