I've always enjoyed cooking, but recently I've been trying some more complex dishes and have ran into a few problems. I realize this is probably not the best of places to be asking for information on cooking, but I visit very few forums and this one seems to have more members then the others, so I thought I'd try. So anyways, anyone know any good sites for recipes. One with a moderately active forum would be great.
www.cookingforengineers.com is excellent, particularly if you have a mind like mine. Puts things in a simple logical way, explains all the technical terms and the recipes of theirs that I have tryed have been excellent.
Thanks for the link. Now if I can just get paid I'll go out and pick up a few things and start cooking. I have to say the pictures should make it a hell of a lot easier to try things I've never made before.
