Need some PC buying advice....

I checked the display drivers and it says the best one is already installed. Is there another route to go? I thought it was kind of strange that Google Maps has the same issue where pictures appear or disappear when I mouse over some areas. It's like there's a display lag or something.

There are 2 BIOS updates but they aren't listed as necessary so I haven't fooled with them.
