    AS you may or may not know due to some surgical complications
    my eyesight is permanently borked.

    I have a mvs I wanted to consolize but there's no way I can
    see clearly enough to do it.

    Anyone doing this service?

    I'm not sure if this helps or not, but a close friend of mine in my hometown of Vienna, Austria used to do all sorts of Neo-Geo modding. I don't know about MVS specifically but I do remember all sorts of video and region mods on the AES and CD. I can send him an SMS and see if he still does it.

    Is SCART RGB sufficient for you? Because I am contemplating on selling my CMVS (that in the Saturn housing, see avatar).

    Also I could mod yours for you, but I think two times shipping and customs will render the offer unattractive.
