Need video game console modification experts / some harder to come by systems

I'd like to have a number of my consoles modified. Universal bioses, region switches, mod chipping, s-video mods, a number of things. This would be an ongoing project that I'd be willing to continue with one selected person(s) to get my collection up to snuff. My final goal is to have the best hardware collection I can specifically to capture video from. I am looking for:

Nes, snes, genesis,master system, colecovision, intellivision, RCA or s-video modifications
Saturn region switches
Gamecube chipping and region switches. (Do I need both, I'm not very educated about that)
Dreamcast video mods. (Unaware of what is the best way. I hear VGA, but I am unsure of how to capture from it)
ps2 mcboot card
sega genesis region switches (I have a unit with these but it appears to be broken)
ps1 mod chipping
sega cd universal bios
saturn universal bios
Dreamcast dev unit bios
As my hardware collection increases I'll need more modifications for video capturing

Playdia with video upgrades (Not sure what this system has to begin with)
Sega CD model 1 in good working order with universal bios

You only need a chip, it can force any region you want (though if you want Japanese to display properly you probably need a US/JP cube.) and it can play pirated games (there is no reason to call them backups anymore).
I have Viper GC's (original) for sale, but I'm currently facing bank problems. If you want, I can put you on my notification list (which just means that I will send you a PM when my issues are resolved).

Is anyone here able to rgb mod a panasonic 3do as the wiring seems a little intense?
