Need Xbox Live Help

My 360 is blind and won't give me a display, and I need to cancel my Xbox Live Gold so it doesn't charge me for a month I can't use. Can someone walk me through how to do it? And no making me buy a years worth! I need to do this by tommorow.

 

Nevermind, good old fucking Microsoft took away the option.

 

You can call to customer support to cancel you account, no?

 

Yeah, I can call but I gotta wait for them to open. I guess that's what I'll be doing.

So, the assholes still charged me, but I'm silver....had to call and get it refunded. I guess I'm using those cards from now on.
