Neo Geo CD laser replacement

hi guys,i recently buy a new laser for my neo geo cd top loader, item description say: "Donn’t forget to remove the soldered laser diode short-circuit after finishiing repair ,and leave the circuit open "
Anyone now where is this point?

i Believe its on the actual laser itself, i'm actually looking up the process right now to verify.

 

i discoverd this type of laser dont have a antistaic solder point...
so now the problem is: cd won't spin with this laser, anyone know how to tare the lens?

now the problem is, if i put old lens disc spin and sometime run the game wile with the new lens disc wont spin...

 

does the lens attempt to focus ( up down up down frequently ) when the lid switch is activated and no disc in the drive ?.
