I have a Neo Geo CD frontloader and I'm missing the power supply. The original ones seem to be quite expensive and for me it would mean a few weeks wait in order to get one.

Is it possible to swap out the 3 pin power jack with something more common?

I'm unable to find the female plug anywhere locally and thought swapping out the jack would save me the cost and lots of trouble should I need to replace the power supply again in the future.

you can replace the jack with something else and use one of these

its gotta be 3 pins though as it needs 5v/12v/ground

probably not the best solution but you could use a TRRS jack and plug. you can maybe think of something better than that though. you could also use a molex and go straight to that power supply but it would be a bit big of a connector.

Was going to suggest what mick said. Just buy a Molex pintail and solder the 5V, 12V, and ground onto the power supply.

12v PSU, with a 5v regulator board and some wires.

I was going to do step up since the 5v line needs 2A while the 12v needs 1A
