Neo Geo CD top loader - door lid springs

Hi all, hoping for some advice please. I've got a NGCD top loader and one of the door lid springs is missing. Would any of you lovely people know anywhere to source a replacement or an alternative to sort it please?

I would suggest contacting Game Doctor out of Hong Kong.

They sell Neo Geo console parts. The website does not show any springs for the top loader, but it wouldn't hurt to contact them and just ask. If they don't have it on hand - perhaps they can get what you need.

I have ordered from them through eBay.. fast shipping and items as described.

If Game Doctor does not pan out and you have an eBay account - you could try asking some of those sellers in Japan that sell Neo Geo consoles.

Lastly.... your local hardware store; if one available, might be able to help you out if have an idea of the type of spring that you need.
