Neo Geo Motherboard version/generation - help

Hi im about to buy a Neo Geo Aes with the motherboard in the picture, but i dont know if it is pal-n or ntsc and it have unibios, can someone help me?

 

It's the first release so there's no question it's NTSC, the hardware doesn't even have a PAL mode yet.

Besides, i think it is a good system beucause the serial number is 028416.
