Neo Geo MV-1C Virtual Memory Card information

I'm doing a consolized MVS MV-1C in an AES shell. I stumbled upon the the NeoBiosMasta with built in Memory card function, which looks neat. But there's no way these adapters will fit inside the AES shell, so I've moved the BIOS onto a separate board. I would still like to add the Memory card function though, and I'm wondering if the schematic for these (with hookups to the BIOS/CPU) is publicly available? I've searched but found nothing.
