hi members , i purchased King Of Fighters 2002 MVS Cart early last month and it hasn't arrived. I got it from a reputable ebay store ( which i prefer not to disclose ) , i have bought from them before with no troubles. This problem is a shipping/carrier problem and not the store. I can get a refund for the MVS Cart and shipping through Paypal , i was wondering how long i should wait till i launch a dispute ?. If i let it go too far i can't launch a dispute so i want to submit at the right time. the Cart was shipped 07/11/17 and it's 08/02/17 today. It was also shipped via Japan EMS which is Registered ( sign for ) and Insurance. i know there is something wrong as i bought Magical Drop 3 MVS at the same time from another store and received it last week
How about contacting the seller first to get a tracking number if possible. They can check where the package is. I would only open a PP dispute if you can't work it out with the seller.
hi Fr34k , yes i want to chat to them first before opening a dispute. I just wanted to know the latest i could leave it before launching one , also i did get a Tracking Number and the Cart has exited Japan and it is somewhere unknown now. I've tried my countries Post and I can't track it with Australia Post it as it throws up an error. It's strange how i got Magical Drop 3 last week and KOF 2002 hasn't arrived , they were shipped a day apart.
Paypal extended the time to raise issues to like 6 months over here. I would check your local ebay and paypal rules.

oh nice , thanks for the info guys. I will be a bit more patient as there is plenty of time to launch a dispute , although i will chat to them over email first.
hi LeHaM , Japan EMS usually takes about 10 working days and i'm metro. Interestingly today the door bell rang twice while i was asleep and a card was left , it was KOF2002 as the Tracking Number matches on ebay and on the card. So all i have to do is pick it up from the Post Office , pretty stoked right now.
