I'm almost novice with Neo Geo games and just came across this MVS cartridge, but can't find anything about it.
Can you please give me any info about it?

Title「反町隆史 & 竹野内豊」seems to be Takashi Sorimachi & Yutaka Takenouchi from a 1997 Japanese TV series Beach Boys???

I believe this might be for the Neo Photo Booth.

They released several cartridges that only work on special boards and they are themed photo frames for you to take.

I actually collect anything SNK related. If you fell like parting from this, let me know.

I've heard about the SNK Neo Print but totally didn't think of it. You're correct, artwork seems to be similar with these:
