Neo Geo X NGX Tools custom firmware help. Colors on unit now messed up

I tried using the NGX tool to upload the custom firmware to my unit. 1st I used hack_image_v0.3-45_800M and I got a "card fault" error I tried a few more times with no success. I noticed that My unit still started up but the colors were off (see the picture). I successfully installed an older update hack_image_v0.3_800M but the colors were still missed up. I was then able to successfully flash the hack_image_v0.3-45_800M but again, the colors are still messed up. Any thoughts?
