Hi, Just a quick question really, my nephew has started to play on my MVS cab when he comes down however he is a little bit of a car nut (he's only 3 bless him), now i only seem to be able to find Neo Drift out but are their any more racing games for it? here are some pics of him playing
There's a couple more: Overtop: http://www.neo-geo.com/reviews/neo-reviews/Overtop/overtop.html Thrash Rally: http://www.neo-geo.com/reviews/neo-reviews/thrash_rally/thrashrally.html
Awesome. Start him young! Thrash Rally and Over Top for cars, Riding Hero for bikes. I think OT is great fun, but Driftout is my favourite. TR is weak and RH is so so. Edit - what Kron said lol.
thanks guys, much appreciated, im having him for the day on saturday so will see how he gets on with Thrash Rally and Over Top as they are both on my multi cart (which i obviously haven't tried all the games from lol) however i will keep an eye out for Riding Hero as i dont have that one @wheelaa - yeah proudest moment of my life so far was when kept reaching up for the buttons so pulled the little table over for him and he just started pressing buttons, now he has picked up what buttons he needs to press and when (with the occasional hint from me, "white button", "red button" etc. lol) but he's really enjoying it and it makes a change from him just playing with the pool balls (he thinks its magic that he drops one down the pockets and (because i have removed the sides) he can see the balls dropping down the chute thanks for your help!
Neo Driftout is amazing. You'll probably find that Overtop isn't as much fun though and don't get me started about "Trash" Rally BUT I also do have a recommendation for you: "Great 1000 Mile Rally" (aka Mille Miglia) is an amazing racing game with Neo Drift Out-charme (just the car-sprites are even bigger!). It doesn't cost much (35-50 Euros) and is a whole lot of fun. JAMMA-PCB, but that shouldn't be a problem in your cabinet. video/pictures: http://www.gamesdbase.com/game/arcade/1000-miglia-great-1000-miles-rally.aspx
nice one, this will definitely be a purchase, still waiting for him to get to grips with it all, for example if i change the game then he's not happy and gets a bit upset so have to swap it back all the time, gets in the way of my metal slug time and the girlfriends blues adventure moments am i right in thinking that you just slot this into the cart slot the same as an mvs cart (as in its just a larger board without the shell?)
