NES-101 AV Mod Guide Needed

Hey guys, sorry if the answer to this is already in another post but, I have been searching and was unable to find a good guide. I am looking for a good guide on doing and av mod on the lop loader NES. I have found a few that sell a kit and show you how to install it but, I would like to make everything myself. Im sure I already have 90% of the components needed laying around. If anyone knows of a good guide please link it for me. Thanks!
