nes game achikoch (japan) proper game name?

i've had this achikoch rom in with my old nes rom collection for years and it's kinda fun but it don't appear to be included in the no intro or good sets. i figure that it has probably been named achikoch incorrectly and the game is included in the sets but under one of the many japan only titles. does anyone know the proper name for this game?
