New guy here... so I thought my first post should be a good one.

Hit the link below to see my step-by-step process for making replicas of original NES Game Boxes. Enjoy!

For starters, I used the 3 best NES titles ever made (in my opinion).

    Enjoy!

do you have an original box to compare the card stock to? I've tried doing this many times before, and it always turns out wrong for a few reasons - A) the exact thickness of the card stock used to make the original boxes isn't sold to consumers in small quantities (which is a minor quibble), and B) the original boxes were printed on 4 transparent passes for CMYK and then lightly laminated over the original cardstock. Replicating that perfectly is pretty much out of the question for any normal consumer, even at most print shops.

If your boxes feel similar enough, I'd be interested in building a few. Can you elaborate?

The original Zelda (gold version) had a cutout to show the gold cart inside. The reissue (grey cart) did not have cutout so I'm guessing your Zelda box is based on the later issue?

Looks cool if it feels right and looks a bit glossy like original box. I'd love a handful of original NES boxes that I can just display without worry about ruining the real box to UV fading, cats, and little kids.
