NES Region Free?

I just aquired an NES 'Asian Version' for a nice price. Is someone able to provide me with a guide to make it region free? If I remember correctly I have to do something with the 4th pin on the lockout chip.

Yes just cut the pin 4 of the CIC, leave it float or connect it to GND if you care to.

Mod worked flawlessly, Yay!
The console was barely used, still has the original 72p connector and it looks brand new. Great buy
