Called Castlevania: Curse of Darkness (Which sounds quite lame, if you ask me). Anyway, here is the info and screens: http://www.gamesarefun.com/news.php?newsid=4221 Info http://www.gamesarefun.com/gamesdb/media.php?id=545 Screens
I hope its better than LoI......but the fanboy in me just wants to rayer: Plus, Alucard in 3D :smt023 I hope they make him look badass (and secretly playable)
LoI would have been perfect if they didn't half ass it and make it a Hack 'N Slash and not the usual RPG (As well as the camera being wonky). Until I hear some more about it, i'm not too trusting in this title.
I agree. LoI was too much about stupid jumps and using the one attack over and over (for me, anyway). I never did complete it though....*looks up at his shelf at the LE version he wasted so much money on*
God Dammit, not again... When is there going to be a 128 bit 2D castlevania that's worthy of being the sequel to Symphony? Man, with DVD media the castle could be huge and the graphics and music ultra-crisp. I want this so bad I can fuggin taste it... meh, another 3D game. (not that I didn't buy Lament ... but still...)
Imagine the sprite detail and how many hours it would take to complete :smt030 Also, is there really a beta of Resurrection lurking in a DC Dev HDD?
I'm sure there is, somewhere. The game DID look like it was in playable form, and was also rumored to have been owned by someone NOT at Konami.
a french site already sold a proto of The famous DC Castlevania, don't know what happened next though.
The only problem I had with LoI was that it was far to linear for my taste. If IGA and Konami just made a 3d type SOTN instead of another generic Devil May Cry ripoff I think more people would have been happy. Oh well, hopefully thats what they have in store for this next installment, though I highly doubt it. when hell freezes over maybe? seriously though, It just wouldn't be profitable for Konami to make another 2d Castlevania on the console market. There's just to many casual gamers demanding 3D.
