New bios for V64 adds support for HDD!

    While on the V64 subject.. anyone knows where I can find more memory for mine + a new cover for the memory bay (the seller I got mine from had lost it)? ^_^;;

    Celebrate when someone replaces the CDFS parser with a FAT one. This is nothing special yet.

    Is the V64 bios just an N64 ROM by itself? If so, you could just write it in C with the GNU toolchain HCS has set up. (some info on it here iirc: http://sourceforge.net/projects/n64dev/) Would probably speed up the production time quite a bit (not to mention making it more maintainable).

    iirc the V64 runs on a 6502 processor

    Oh, haha. Well disregard me then :p There are C compilers for that processor too though, but I've never worked with them.

    Wow, great news, thanks for that! Is it a stable BIOS? How safe is flashing it?

    Z64 is better and plus, mine has a compact flash to IDE adaptor with 4gb compact flash card attatched to it
