Found three previously unknown of 64dd dev disks. these were in house disks at nintendo in washington. The person who owned them worked there and got them from a programmer who he was friends with. Most likely they contain nothing but as soon as I get unpacked (just moved) I'll check them for content.

Please let us know when and if you can get around to them! The 64DD was/is a very fascinating piece of Nintendo history that never got the release and attention it deserved.

well as of so far they are blank. they dont boot anything but I'm unable to read the error codes due to my homemade dcc board broke during my move. I have a real dcc board but am missing the joint card part (if anyone has one let me know). As soon as I get an ISA slot motherboard computer I can use my partner kit to dump the disks to see if any information is on them that might not be booting so until then.......

Hmm you could just pop in the DDROM cart in the N64's dock, that should do the trick. You do not necessarily need a dcc board, which is normally used in conjunction with rom-games (hence the dual slot) or on top of the Partner cart.

yeah I could put it on the partner card but I'm using the sn64 kit as I dont have an ISA slot motherboard for the partner ISA card I have. I'm working on putting together a windows 98 P3 computer to use with my partner kit/gangwriter. when I load the iplrom to the sn64 kit it doesnt show the text for an error or for the clock settings. When I last used it I used the dcc board and put the ipl cart in one slot and sn64 flash cart in the other and got the text. I remember because I set the date and time on the dev DD which is still correct. also just putting the ipl cart in the n64 alone does nothing.
