Well, my choice would be:

1. 2005 Honda NSX-R GT - Only 5 were ever made.
2. 1960 Edsel Convertible - Extremely rare also.
3. 1956 Packard Predictor - aka Prophet
4. 1980 Holden Commodore 5.0 - Australian Muscle
5. 1987 Ford Thunderbird Turbo - Who needs a V8 anyway
