According to the press link on the site, HGM already reviewed it and Tips and Tricks ran a preview of it. Game got a 3.5 out of 5. Not bad considering the original game came out in what, 1996? -hl718

This is jsut a fan translation project of a Hong Kong original that came out years ago. Not really a new game as such. The chinese rom has been available for quite some time. Yakumo
News of this game make me happy, especially because they are including plastic box and everything, but I can't justifiy 40 bucks for an RPG. I have tried many times to like the genre, but I just can't. Hopefuly they can get the rights to more unreleased games on America, but in other generes.
Oh, of course, but it's still a new release on an older system, and the translation from Chinese was no mean feat either. It's neat that they're doing an actual physical release instead of just setting the translated ROM up for download. Not to go too far offtopic, but did you know we're FINALLY getting the GBA version? It's supposed to be out in March, I think.
Yep, and I even mentioned it a few times in this forum, too. Also Im 99% sure Arche wont fuck like a tiger in the GBA version, too. hehehe
i think $40 for a homebrew type game is a great price when i think about how genesis rpgs were $80-$100 back in the day.i think if i remember right phantasy star 4 was like $120!for a game translated by fans and in a limited quantity i think this sounds like a bargain.

I remember this too, but the market is flooded with used an "NEW OLD STOCK" As much as I love genesis and actually owning a big pile of games, I cannot justify $46+shipping. How many did they make? I assume they will sell no more than 200 units in this day and age. The only reason I know about this re-release was because I checked out this site today.
