Finally they decided to do this. Sega Saturn Joypad and Sega Saturn Virtua Stick.... for the PS2! :boobies2 http://www.lik-sang.com/info.php?category=22&products_id=6509 http://www.lik-sang.com/info.php?category=22&products_id=6508 I'm so going to buy them
It brings a tear of sadness to my eye to see such legendary controllers on the PS2 Well, at least there's a good side. PlayStation fanboys will finally realize that the Saturn's controlled kicks arse Yakumo
Sacriligious :smt009 Is it just me, or do those buttons still say A B C X Y Z? That'll confuse the playstation kiddies!!! :smt043 As will the layout. How does this work exactly? Are there just two shoulder buttons, and the others come down to your right thumb?
I was just about to post the same thing. Same goes for seeing the Playstation logo on the new SNK sticks.
Hmm, i see you are not so happy with this. I know it's difficult, but not everybody that has only a PS2 is a Sony Fanboy. Example? Myself I'm thrilled to have quality products like that to use on my PS2. I always liked the Japanese Saturn controller, and i don't even need to explain why everybody likes the Virtua Stick.
The Virtua Stick, like most console sticks out there, has a pretty bad track record (as I've read on a few Japanese sites). If you're going to do some serious gaming, like manic shmups, you'd have to swap the stick out with a Sanwa (same as the DC Arcade Stick -- it's crap). Sad, but true. I'd be shocked if this one were any different.
They do, but on the part of the case around the buttons, it has the PS button assignments. Gamespot has a better picture.
