New/sealed Legend of Zelda Famicom Disk

Like the title states, I have a new/sealed copy of Legend of Zelda on Famicom Disk. Looking to see what it is worth. I seen on eBay they are being listed at around $600. Wondering if this is accurate, because I know sometimes eBay sellers are a little crazy

 

Anyone? I am thinking about listing this up for sale, but I dont want to cheat myself out of money and dont want it to be too high and people ignore it. I can only find two listed right now, one is $600 and the other is $750. I have been watching the $600 one for a while now and it dont look like it is going to sell.
Completed listings show about $140-150 sold as auctions. One was back in Feb, the other Jan. If thats all I can really get for it, I would rather hold on to it for a while

 

I think you kind of answered your own question. This is one of those items that isn't sold frequently enough to have a set price. If it were me, I would list it as a 30 day buy it now or best offer at $300 and see what happens. Worse case scenario you waste some time listing it. Best case is someone pays you $300 for it.

 

Don't think you'll get more then $150 for it. It's not that hard to still find brand new disk system game. You could go on ebay or yahoo japan auctions and pick up a new copy mario lost levels or doki doki panic along for around that price if not less. The only really hard to get brand new disk system game is Kiki KaiKai dotou hen and that rarely goes for anymore then $300. If this was a copy of the more harder to find cart release still brand new you might be able to get around $500~600.
