New TGS 2007 MGS4 trailer

Holy fucking shit, I was turned off by the Beauty and the Beast Unit, but this makes up for it. Few things:

-Several new characters, including Sunny (Olga's child from MGS2), and Drebin (Arms dealer). Also has a pet called Little Gray.

-From the looks of it, it might have Groznyj Grad and Shadow Moses as places you have to go to.

-REX and RAY are back, and it looks like Solid might be piloting REX.

-Not sure if this is a typo or not, but Outer Heaven was called "Outer Haven" in the translation and in the Famitsu scan called one of the soliders "Haven Soliders". Not sure what to think about it.

-Snake still needs the medicine that was shown in the first trailer.

What the heck is Jack-2 doing fighting along side Snake?!

Also the ending is just plain weird.

 

OMFG, now this has really convinced me to buy a PS3 just for this game. I suppose that guy from the end of the trailer is a relative o Johnny Sasaki.

 

i still haven't watched the trailer yet... i got distracted by Ninja Gaiden II and PGR4...

MGS4

PGR 4 is nice (i look forward to it)
NG2 while it looks nice looks about the same as NG:Sigma for PS3. It just looks like an expansion then an evolution (true not much was really shown but it was ok)

MGS4 trailers are just amazing. Kojima is really trying to pour everything he can into this game.

I must say, I am impressed with Patrick Zimmerman's version of Liquid. I was afraid it would sound too dull and lifeless, but he seems to have the energy for the role. EVA "Big Mama" is done by the old Catwoman Lee Meriwether. Sounds...interesting, if not a bit over dramatic. Sunny sounds horrible in her "SNAKE NO SMOKING PLEEZ " line, which sounded adorable in the Japanese version, but annoying in the English one.

Pilotable Metal Gear REX? Sounds awesome, imo. Something I've wanted to see for a while, but I doubted they would put in.

 

looks great but the japanese voiceacting (in all MGS games really) is just downright ridiculous.

giant russian killingmachine - sounds like a japanese buisnessman

man id be pissed off as hell if this game came to sweden and all the voices in the game were done by swedish yokals.. it just seems like such a spoiled effort to me :shrug:
