Hey guys, Falco Girgis of Elysian Shadows is working on a new PC/Mac VMU emulator to be used with the Steam release of his new game...Elysian Shadows. It'll also work on mobile phones so you can take mini games away from the computer. It'll also work with other Dreamcast games.
