    Hello everyone

I've been searching the site about a SNES supercic problem that I will soon post and I decided to register, it seems to be a lot of interesting information and a great community

I'm a small hardware collector and very interested about hardware side of this things. In fact I prefer to repair or mod an old console better that actually playing. I'm glad to have restored a GB GameJack cartridge or a TRS-80 model 100 with the board damaged because of a battery leak.

Now I'm traying to put a supercic on my ancient pal SNES, as I've met new friends that are cartridge collectors

Welcome! Sure is good to see more hardware-centric folk join the boards.
I too tend to find far more joy in repairing than playing.
That said, I'll hit up a game of Bomberman if it's playing (any console, I'm not picky about my Bombermans!).
What's the finest bounty in your collection? :smile-new:

I'm not a real "collector", I tend to keep the computers & consoles of my youth, starting with Amstrad CPC472, the model that had 8kb more that the usual CPC464 for legal reasons in Spain, but alas, that 8kb were not connected in any way to the computer itself... Yes, they complied with legal requirements... with a catch.

I love my Spectrum+3 also, but I see that, in perspective, Japanese games tend to stand the test of time better than the rest, so now I am discovering SNES games I never played, like the cool Ninja Warriors Again

Wow! The CPC was way before my time, but it sure does sound odd about the extra / unusable 8kB of RAM!
Haha, all to avoid an import tax! And not electrically connected? What a waste of RAM!

SNES is definitely a good place to start, smack bang in 16-bit territory (my personal favourite era).
