Hi guys I'm new to this forum but joined because I just got a TT manx twin arcade machine. I'm more of a pinball machine type of guy but this was going cheap and I like my bikes. I dont know too much about video games. Bought blind, sold as seen.....So, once I got over the rusty pile of crap that arrived I set about seeing if it actually worked or not- it does I had one broken connector on the RGBW plug and too much gain on the LHS monitor, once I tuned that it is working 100% - looks good, well the monitor image, not the machine itself which will need lots of work. If anyone can help with the following: I have no sound coming from the LHS gameboard unit, checked wiring from speakers to pcb and swapped over to prove, nothing coming out of the PCB?? Also - where would I get the Motor Raid game eproms that can be played in the TT machine?? How many eproms are required? And, in the menu, is there any way to show a time/lap summary at the end of the game, give statistics or anything? Obviously It shows these during gameplay but vanish as soon as the game finishes, would be good if they could get displayed Hope I've posted this in the right place and thanks in advance for any tips/ advice cheers John
try asking on arcadeotaku.com forums. There are a lot of people there that fix/service arcade hardware. You should be able to find some help there.
Thanks for the replies guys. I have read the posts from Parris last year and it sounds very similar to my current position. I paid 2 pounds less but twice that in delivery :-( Have registered with arcadeotaku also, so I'll see how I get on thanks again john
