Some pretty uncommon to describe in english items.

    botorukipu "bottle keep"
Rather than go to the trouble and expense of ordering separate drinks, you can buy a bottle of liquor and keep it at the bar with your name on it. This system encourages customers to come back before expiration of the time limit, usually two to three months.

    or

    dojosukui the loach-scooping dance
Accompanied by the Izumo folk song "Yasugibushi," this humorous dance depicts the difficulty of scooping up small, slippery loaches with bamboo baskets. The song goes, "This Izumo souvenir you need not carry, just listen and take the Yasugibushi home."

The food show from my other thread mentioned bars where you buy whatever liquor and it's tagged for you. Then you get the company of a lovely lady to pour your drinks and chat up. They said it goes the same for ladies too.
