I have some questions about some of these, as I con't find any info.. 1. The Atomic Purple controller.. This was only released in USA and Japan? With two different styles of boxes, I know.. But my point; no EU-release, right? 2. The Extreme Green controller.. This was only released in USA? No EU and Japan-release? 3. The clear blue/ clear white controller.. This was released in Japan separately along with the clear red/ clear white controller.. But in USA they got none, and in Europe they released only the clear blue/ clear white one? Only in UK, I think..
Also released in the "extra controller bundle" in Australia, not sure if sold separately. Although it had it's own box so I guess so. Toys R Us exclusive, and from my knowledge it was sold in Australia too which counts for EU release (well I say so anyway ) This controller is a funny one, and I'll tell you why. Firstly this controller is just like you mention in Japan with the clear %color% control deck. BUT Australia and the UK got the blue/white control deck too, and Australia also got a bundle with the same colour control deck with Super Mario 64. I hope that's answered some of your questions or helped you in some way.

I got my Atomic Purple controller with a Costco bundle of OoT+N64 (gray 1.0 version, with the red blood at the Ganon battle). The controller was boxed and labelled accordingly, although the label is a tad "funkier" than your usual colored controllers' on the N64. Man I miss those days.
