Nintendo Conference

I got to dash so i cant watch it anymore but are all of their games gonna use a special addon controller?

No wonder nintendo is raking it in.

So far the show is pretty lackluster.

MotionPlus kicks ass people, 1:1 is something I ve personally been waiting for and I m very happy with this. The rest of you can go play with something else I guess =)

At this Nintendo's conference had a soul. Sony's was boring and put me to sleep.

I watched 2 and a half of the confs. I saw all of M$ and Sony, but only the last half of Nintendo's as I didn't realize it started an hour before M$'s did yesterday.

M$ definitely had the best presentation with Sony following and Nintendo in a ghostly looking third. They just didn't have much of anything to say. The new motion attachment is handy and could be promising. But other than that what else was there? Animal Crossing? Don't care about it myself. No word on any of their usual mascots. GTA for DS? bleh. GTA is alright on a nice shiney new system with flashy graphics. But on DS? I'll pass. Even on PSP, I'll pass.

Nintendo surprised me by not having anything to surprise me at all. It feels like last time where it is all summed up by the phrase, Where's the Beef? Even Sony did better than Nintendo at the conf.

 

Gotta admit Animal Crossing Wii has me interested. The mic is a pretty cool idea but if it's a one game wonder ...

I know this would never happen but imagine with the mic you could do a Wii Fit "class" with an instructor and friends ?

MotionPlus looks cool, but there really wasn't anything. Plus, isn't that thing going to cost moneys? Moneys I could use for other games?

Oh yeah, one of my friends told me that he wishes there was PS3-Fit. Lol.

 

I'd say it was pretty successful tbh. Yes, it was poor from a hardcore perspective, but that's not their main market anymore. For the casual crowd they ticked every box and then some.

 

Sorry so seeing Resistance 2 in action is boring? Ok I clearly must have watched something different because I thought it was good myself...

 

imo they all put out good conferences that met their target markets

animal crossing's graphics and DS-like perspective put me off. I was hoping for something better. I guess I won't be buying this one after all.
