Its not an exact quote but I cracked up at:

    "Suck my dick"
    -"your quite the joker"
    "Im not joking."

Well done to whoever did it.

Back during the "anime boom" in the 90s (ah, the golden age!), let's say 98 or 99, a friend of mine used to do this with anime in real time - as in we were watching anime and he'd do "voice-overs". He was awesome at it. We usually laughed our asses off.

Heh, I really miss those times now...

Yes this was hilarious, despite the probability that the guy that did it is a raging fanboy.

Speaking of re-dubbing Animes to be funny, I think the AMV Hell series is the funniest stuff I've ever seen in quite some time.

Is was kinda hilarious at the beggining , but then it gets kinda stupid...

Somebody should do this with the reggie videos.

I dont thing those were the golden ages, as I remember it was a bitch to get any anime without the "official" dealers. Today I can download shit that even new on japan.

Upon further inspection it kinda looks like made by a fanboy.

Anyways, after the "handheld gaming is teh shit!" part is not funny anymore...

Not to go too much off topic, in the offtopic area, but I think you aren´t an American person, because heck I am not even English, even though I work hard writing, and speaking it.

Why am I so sure about it ?

Well sometimes I am mad on people sometimes too, but in English you say mad at people, so in japan things can be new, and we are still downloading the new stuff, when it is new in Japan.

But lol I think the video was fun.

So : yes to Mark Twain´s Gods know where :)

Hmmm "jeg kan også være sur "på" folk"

på = on/at/ and some other words too, in Danish.

Oh, down here it was a bitch too... but that made it have some sense of conquest. I realise, today there's much to be downloaded, but the excitement of having someone send you VHS tapes without subs from somewhere in the country was just too much to bear... and those "convention" things had a meaning because of that, so you made lots of great friends with the same interest, you went to Japanese school, etc.
It was a great time to be young. Today is a great golden age for anime, too, in the way you describe, too - if for different reasons, but still.
