    Nintendo has had literally the same Username and password for their E3 assets since at least 2006.

    And considering they can probably see lots of people all over downloading it I don't think they care and honestly chalk it up probably to some underhand promotion.

    Their site for 2008 is still up, and they seem to have changed the password for 2009-11 and removed the site for 2012.
