This came as part of the SNES development manual, but the copy floating around online doesn't have it. Here are some official guidelines about what is and isn't OK when it comes to cash-ins - pretty interesting stuff. A lot of this seems to be a direct backlash against "Yo Noid" which breaks every single rule in here I also scanned the front cover of the manual binder since someone had asked for it back in the sales thread.
