Someone on my local craigslist is selling one for 130usd in decent condition. Are these rare,where they released outside of Japan?

They do appear quite frequently as they were released officially outside of Japan (Nintendo games were released by another distributor before they set up their office). It will be the most frequently found pre Donkey Kong Nintendo machine you will fine. It is a piss poor space invaders game though and it comes in colour or black and white flavours (although they are both the same board but the B&W variant is slightly less common). $1000 is a unrealistic figure as they do appear much cheaper... $300 to $500 is a more realistice price. $130 is a good price if it works. People do think, oh Nintendo must be worth lots of money... but a lot of their early games are horrible. Did I mention it is a piss poor space invaders gmae?
