    Would you say nobody fucking bought the original Xbox too? After all, for most of last gen it lagged behind the GC in sales and only ended up outselling it by a couple of million units anyway.

    And the N64 was indeed a joke, especially its 3rd party support. I'll never understand why it is/was so popular. If you really liked fog that much, I'm sure for the launch price of an N64 you could've gotten a nice fog machine.

    The first party games (including rare etc) were fantastic. Good enough to wait for.

    Maybe, but it still would've sucked to only have an N64 and have to wait months between playable games.

    I didn't say it was a complete failure but compared to the Wii nobody bought the GC, which is more ironic considering the Wii it's a GC v1.5

    My point its simple: people bitch when a developer who made innovative games goes under, but back when they were releasing the game nobody bought those.

    Like they say: "its the economy, stupid!" you can't expect game companies to survive if nobody buys their products.
