Even here in Japan they are alweays selling out. One day a store has some, a few days later they're out of stock again. I wonder how many Nintendo have sold so far? Yakumo
They are still restricted by Koch (Nintendo UK) due to short supply. We've had 4 batches, each of which were pre-allocated. We've had 2 second hand machines in, again these went to people who'd put their names down in case. I have a spare machine, still! Might have to get that on the 'bay!
All of them!!!! 600,000 units sold in North America in the first week. Nintendo estimated 1 million units by December in that territory alone. 50,000 units sold on day 1 in the UK. By Christmas, this was 200,000. And, at the end of 2006, they had sold over 3 million units worldwide...... 1,010,000 in Japan 1,320,000 in North America 860,000 in Europe
3 million in a few months is very impressive !! Let's hope they keep the gems coming. I don't want another Mario this Mario that or Pikachu this and that. I want a Nintendo from the days of the Super Famicom ! They were good days to be a Nintendo gamer. Yakumo
The shoot em ups are getting a bit of a slating, Red Steel & Far Cry, but hopefully like the DS they will start to get some great games coming out Just off to buy Wario as the wife actually said "it looks like fun" Nearly choked on my dinner last night
I've seen units here and there for the past weeks. Situation hasnt really changed; they are around here and there and i can get one if i look around, just not at EVERY store i walk into.
 That was like me when the missus actually asked to have a two player game on the Wii h: Nintendo must be doing something right if my wife who hates games actually asks to play one. Yakumo
