I just upgraded my old graphics card with a new Sapphire ATI Radeon 5770 1GB GDDR5 PCI-Express graphics card. After installing the card, I can't get the display. My monitor stays in standby mode and the CPU fan just keeps spinning. I installed the latest driver, but had no success. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
    My computer specs are:
Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
    CPU: AMD Athlon X2 Dual-Core QL-64 @ 2.10 GHz
    RAM: 4GB Memory
    Hard Drive: 500GB HDD

Did you plug the monitor cable into the card?
Is the GFX card disabled in BIOS?
Is the GFX card working? *Does fan spin up etc?*
