Sounds very cool but I wish you could throw in a hdd of choice,120gb hdd is not enough for storing full 360 games.
yeah amazing stuff. I'm disapointed by Games annoucements. Nothing ground breaking besides the 360 getting Miis South Park game and Portal Still alive though...good stuffs
Great news, the new VGA 1680x1050 support sounds really good. Copying games to the HDD sounds good as well, though I also think that 120GB may not be enough. Anyway, cool stuff.
I think the 360 is quieter than the Dreamcast. The Dreamcast is a damned Lawn mower...that's dying......with a dead cat in it's blades
120GB not enough space? Maybe if you need ALL your games stored. But 120GB should easily be enough for something like 10 games. Plus you still need the disc, so its not like HDLoader on PS2. So the only advantage is saving wear on the drive and avoiding any DREs. I think this is a sweet feature, and I'll be installing Gears of War 2 on my drive. Resident Evil 5 is a consideration too. But given that I have a 20GB drive, I guess it's all a ploy to make me spend what, 100$ on a 120GB drive?
i would definitely do this for a couple of the games i play every day. reduce the wear and tear of the system. awesome opossum.
the 360 noise doesn't really bother. maybe because my game volume is up so high, or a lot of the time i use a headset.
