I recently bought SNES and SMD everdrive carts and now I'm looking for cases for these carts. Standard cases would be ok but even better would be some non standard cases. The only non standard SMD case I know is with Virtua Racing and it can't be used (screw in different position). Other option is simply using coloured shell but again the only coloured cases I know are on US version of Maximum Carnage and Killer Instinct. So my question is:

What games on SMD, SMS and SNES have non standard or coloured cases?

Killer Instinct for SNES is black. Doom for SNES is red in the US (possibly also Japan... definitely not Europe), same goes for Maximum Carnage.

Can't think of any Megadrive games that had coloured carts, they were pretty much all black.

Obviously there are loads of repro/flash/pirate carts out there that are different colours, can't really list all those though.

No EA had the yellow tabs, and I've heard they don't fit all that well. Maximum Carnage came in red on the Genesis, too. I prefer classic looking carts/labels, like this one I made last year.

Looks like the Australian SMS Sonic Spinball had a gray cart.

Indeed, but it's also an expensive game.

Nice case but your deluxe versions are very expensive. Besides I already bought carts from retrogate so I must find cases or buy only as separate.

This was a special Deluxe version made for serial #100, we don't normally make them with colored shells.

Yes Deluxe editions are not cheap, but they were not created for the do-it-yourselfers like most people on this forum. They were made for the people who aren't interested in making their own cart.

I think its cool that both options are available. Its what really makes the EverDrive a great flash cart option.
