I eat them at work bc its easy to "cook" just pour hot water over the noodles, wait 5mins and eat.

But this is one hot&spicy sob noodle soup, I feel like eating fire lol

Anyone else enjoying eating hot&spicy food?

Cheap, tasty, but horribly bad for you. It's pretty much saturated fat death.

Well, I would lie if I say that I´m not concerned about the fact that the ingredients aren´t the best for my health.

It´s the same when you´re eating chinese food or fast food(burgers and fries) every day.

Food should be well balanced, covering all you need for every day but who has the time nowadays to eat well balanced...

You can get normal hot noodles without the cheap killer palm oils easily on amazon.

Korean noodles are always a bit more 'chewy' than for instance Nissin's...
Used to bulk buy these per carton for my employers way back.

    EDIT:
    Yes, it's Shin Ramyun

I prefer Japanese or Chinese noodles over Korean of Vietnamese noodles. I guess it's just the style for me.

As a lover of most foods/inspired chef, I still can't bring myself to enjoy the many variations of Kimchi I have had. I need Authentic before I can throw in the towel.

I love Shin Ramyun. I usually don't use a full packet of flavoring anymore (in an effort to reduce the amount of sodium) and toss in some veggies. Good stuff.

Everybody. Those who use that excuse are just lazy fucks.

If you work, you have the time to pack yourself a sandwich in the morning. Just get up 10 minutes earlier to make it if it's really a problem. Then eat a hot meal when you get home. That's what people always used to do.

Or you could go to a salad bar for lunch, or a sandwich shop, or any place that has basically ready-made food for busy people.

Eating healthy is easy - it's just modern society being too fucking lazy (or even addicted to shitty junk food) to remember how.
