noobish model 1 Saturn question: where did this piece go?

The model 1 is crazy overengineered it's insane how many parts are in the damn thing. I'm really legitimately ADD so that really doesn't help. Can somebody tell me where this part goes on a US model 1 Saturn? Manufactured in August 1995 if that makes any difference.

 

if i remember correctly it goes somewhere under the power supply board.

 

I just checked, it doesn't appear to go there. You are probably thinking of the much larger piece of plastic under there.

Thanks, though mine is the one with the PSU on the bottom case itstill was where the piece went.
