"do de doo, let's see what this guy is selling!"
    *looks over*
"Oh God... Is that a...? Oh God no! NO! That's just...!"
    *vomits*
"That's just wrong! WRONG! You're sick! You're all sick!"
*flees in horror from the flee market*

I live in a PAL region, and I agree. While I don't mind owning PAL N64 and SNES titles (mostly because they're not jacked up like PAL NES and Mega Drive games), the majority of my consoles are NTSC.

It's People Play Games on like 3300 North Clark Street in Chicago, since you asked so kindly.

Sometimes they have foreign video game systems too.

I've never encountered any PAL Consoles while living in Pennsylvania; however, I did manage to snag a PAL copy of Diablo 2 at a GameStop. Such a surprise to see it too because not even the employees knew where the hell it even came from.

I tried to trade in a couple Japanese DS games to a Game Stop in the Philadelphia suburbs and they wouldn't take them...

I thought Diablo 2 was only released on computer though, right? What does it mean to be a "PAL" copy for a computer game? Computer monitors aren't like TVs... And computers aren't like consoles... It shouldn't matter, right?

PC and Mac release. I worded it wrong, but it is a European release of Diablo 2 which does have some compatibility issues on my computer. The game plays but I do notice a few small things here and there while trying to run it. It's odd because it was a brand new game and it came in a DVD case as opposed to a jewel case but my American copy of Diablo 2 from god knows when runs perfectly and the discs have been scratched to hell and back.

I have come across a PSone with LCD on ebay, person was from Oregon. Won the auction for $35 shipped with 7 RPGs. Seller never shipped because they didn't get $200+ for it.
A week a go I bought a 42" LCD HDTV for $25 off craigslist. The reason it was so cheap it was because it's a PAL HDTV and the guy couldn't get it to work. It doesn't have any logos, stickers, model imformation or buttons. I found out by searching with google that the TV is a hotel model made by Vestel and supports the following Video Formats. PAL, SECAM, PAL60, NTSC 4,43, NTSC 3,58. Once I was able to access the Service Settings and enable all the connections the TV has been working great.

Pretty sure that's the sort of thing that gets you a penalty on on your eBay account. If someone wins it, and you don't have a reserve, they have to ship it regardless of price.
