I wasn't really a fan of the game but somebody I know is drooling and hoping and praying to his Mayan God that it comes out on the WII VC. It was a good idea and all but I'm pretty sure Capcom has other games that could make money on VC. Anywho.....what do you all think anybody enjoy Mega Man Soccer?
Hahahaha, well first of all I would like to say this. I Highly doubt it will ever be released on the VC. And as for the game itself, its not very good. Sure, its fun if you are a true Megaman fan to see him, his friends, and his enemies dueling it out in Soccer, but the gameplay sucks. Its almost impossible to score without using a Super Shot, so its pointless. :crying: Atleast as far as I can remember! :lol:
This game was pretty fun. I had it for my SNES back in the day and I have it now on an emulator. It is impossible to score a goal without the super shot. The goalies are amazing. Even with a perfect cross a player on the far side can't just punch it in. LAME.
it confused me being i know nothing about soccer but it had to much to do and it was really hard to score. I doubt it will every go vc and there will be a sonic basketball or football with re zombies first.
Actually, you can score without your Supershot. I could score many many goals without it. Infact later on it is REQUIRED that you can score without it because Dr.Wily is invulnerable to all power shots I believe. The game is quite fun but unless you are a fan and just want Soccer you may not like it.
as far as out of the box mega man games go. My vote goes to Battle and Chase. Hella fun for kart racing.
This one, I played to death back in the day. Why? I have no idea, it's an awful game, really. But yes, there's tons of ways to score without the power-shot. There's a way to ALWAYS score, just calculating the angle of your shot and the distance to the goal, just from outside of the box. Would bring back a lot of memories to play it again.
That's what I remember too, if you played it for very long, you'd realize there were several points where if you shot at an angle, the goalie would be unable to stop the ball. That's how I'd have games where I scored 15 points and you only get 2 power shots per match.
